funny how that works.....

I started running and eating better about a week ago. (Not at the same time, I'm not coordinated enough to do that.) My pants had begun to shrink, or my waist had begun to grow, I don’t know which one, and I felt tired all the time. A week later I’m down 5 pounds, I’m sleeping better, and I have more energy.

Wish I could lose weight eating pancakes and watching television. I'd be so freakin' skinny.....
